I’m Zara — a Kriya & Dharma Coach, breathwork guide, and the founder of The Kriya Path. I help women move from chronic stress, emotional shutdown, and survival mode into safety, self-love, and soul-aligned purpose.
For most of my life, I have lived in overdrive — 8 years in corporate left me anxious, burnt out, and questioning my entire life. My body began to speak louder than my mind: I developed an autoimmune disease, frozen shoulders, addictions, and panic attacks that made me feel like my world was unraveling.
Beneath the physical symptoms were years of suppressed emotion, toxic relationship patterns, people-pleasing, addiction cycles, and the deep belief that I was not enough unless I was constantly doing or achieving.
I walked away from it all — and found myself in an ashram in the Himalayas, trying to remember who I was and why I was here. It was there that I first encountered the depth of Vedic knowledge, kriya yoga, and nervous system healing — not just as spiritual theory, but as medicine.
Since then, I’ve trained in holistic mind-body practices, breathwork, kriya yoga, coaching, and somatic healing — and woven it together with my lived experience into an inspiring, grounded, and soulful approach to transformation.
Now, I help high-functioning women who are tired of holding it together — women who feel stuck in anxiety, disconnection, or fear — to regulate their nervous system, release old survival patterns, and reconnect with their body, breath, and purpose.
Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and upcoming courses, I guide women back to their wholeness.
